Wet Installation (Suggested)
STEP 1 - Clean the Surface
Use a strong cleaner which will not harm the surface.
Wipe the area again with a very mild detergent or just plain water to remove cleaner.
Wipe the surface dry with a lint-free cloth.
STEP 2 - Wet the Surface
Use a spray bottle filled with soapy water (1/2 teaspoon mild dishwashing liquid & 2 cups water), thoroughly soak the surface.
A household sponge can also be used to apply the liquid.
STEP 3 - Remove Backing Paper
Remove the wax coated backing paper by slowly peeling it away.
Be sure all of the vinyl letters remain on the application tape.
STEP 4 - Wet the Sticker's Adhesive Surface
Using the same soap & water mixture from Step 2, thoroughly spray the adhesive side of the sticker.
This will make it easier to remove the application tape and give you some time to move the sticker into place.
STEP 5 - Apply Vinyl Letters
Once you shift the letters around to the desired position, starting at the top edge, firmly slide a small
squeegee side to side to seal the letters to the surface.
Slowly work your way to the bottom of the sign.
Try to work out as many of the bubbles as possible with your squeegee before removing the application tape.
STEP 6 - Remove Application Tape
Slowly peel away application tape, making sure that all letters are sticking properly.
Use your squeegee if any areas of the letters are not sticking well.
Air bubbles should be removed by extracting the air & water under the bubble by use of a hypodermic needle.
If you do not have a needle on hand, cut a very small slice in the letter and work air out with squeegee.
We strongly suggest using the method above the ensure that the stickers are applied without error.
However, the dry method below can be used.
