Hi my name is Matt Burnett from Arkansas. I hit a buzzard on hwy 180 close to Suches, Georgia. We were staying and riding at the Dragon but went for a longer ride and hit the sucker. It went right through the windscreen and hit me right in the helmet so hard that it chipped a tooth even with my full face helmet on. I was lucky that it did not clean me off the bike. I stopped in at Wheelers and showed him what had happened and he said to email you. anyway I love your site and thanks for all of the helpful info  See you on the road and watch out for those damn buzzards.
