Had several days of below freezing temperatures, but now it appears the weather will be moderating for the next several weeks. We can still have a little snow here and there, but it won’t last long with daytime temps reaching into the 50s. There are a few places where the roads have been treated, but the Dragon is clean. Watch for icy roads on the higher elevations such as the Cherohala Skyway and US441 through the Smokies.

Our Tail of the Dragon T-shirt Shack is planning for a February 29 or March 6 opening contingent on the weather. Yes it is a leap year so enjoy the extra day.
